Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Custom print-on-demand products are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, or the product is damaged or misprinted
- Returns and refunds are not provided for incorrect sizes, color variations, or customer errors in address or order details
Return Process
- Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or misprinted products
- Required documentation includes an unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging
- If the claim is valid, we will reprint and ship a replacement product. Requests made after 7 days may incur reprinting charges
